My stay at Ibis in Kaliningrad was excellent value for money. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the river. The location was perfect, within walking distance of main sights and the Plaza shopping mall. The staff at Ibis were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Special shoutout to Anna and Bakhtiyar for their exceptional service.

The cleanliness was pretty good, with just a minor issue of finding some hair on the floor. The breakfasts were exceptional, with a diverse and tasty menu that changed daily. The staff were friendly and the location was great. The comfortable bed added to the enjoyment of my stay.
